I agree to be a sponsor of the Forest Hills Banner Program that will help support the Forest Hills Chamber Of Commerce Cultural Events & Programs. The dates the banners will be on display are to be determined. I agree to have my company name/logo on all the agreed upon banners and to supply the company logo to the Forest Hills Chamber Of Commerce. If the artwork and the design of the banners is provided by the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce it is the sole property of the Forest Hills Chamber Of Commerce and cannot be reproduced. Sponsor may provide their own artwork complying with the required specifications. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable and must paid in full at the time of signing this agreement.
